Norbert Orlewicz – It’s All About Creating Value
What is the real definition of value? Norbet Orlewicz, one of the co-founders of MLSP can tell you what it is just like he told me at the Live the Dream Event in Orlando, Florida. Creating value is simply providing something that people want or need, and more than it is sharing with them how to use it. Leaving no stone unturned is what Norbet Orlewicz is all about, and I am going to share with you what I learned during our interview at this event.
Norbert Orlewicz – Why MLSP Has Real Value
Focusing on something of value helped Orlewicz and the other founders of MLSP to create something of value, and over time it grew organically. Those of you who use MLSP know what it is and how it works, but what about those who don’t? MLSP only holds value to those who are in network marketing, so if you are new to the game, you may not see the value just yet. Once you enter the world of network marketing and you see the need to generate leads, market them all, and simplify it, you will understand exactly what I mean!
Orlewicz knew from experience in the industry what others just like him were looking for. Once he realized that there was a viable solution to the marketing problem that would help him obtain new leads, market those leads, and help him run it on an automated system, he and two other men decided that they would work to develop it.
Norbert Orlewicz Sees Value in Trimming the Fat
The key for Norbert Orlewicz during the process of developing MLSP was that he wanted to help people avoid the information overload of today. Most people get into network marketing and see the potential in many different things, but how do you sort them all out and make sense of it for success? Those who do best are those who can take it all in, and then take 1 or 2 marketing strategies that they have learned, and focus on developing those first before adding something else.
Even Orlewicz knows that the back office in MLSP is overwhelming, so it’s all about taking it step by step, and learning to master one thing at a time. Then, the next step is building on what you have learned, and growing that. The ability to sort out all that is around you and focus on one or two things will not only help you make money with your business, but once you find out what value you can bring your customers, you can share the opportunity with them as well!
Norbert Orlewicz – How to Bring Value to the Table
Norbert Orlewicz also shared with me during this interview that the key is focusing on what strengths, talents, and experience that you have in order to provide something of value. Think of it like this; if you have never traveled to Italy, would you be able to explain to someone what it’s like and the best places to go first? Of course not! It’s simple; you should focus on the talents and abilities that you have in order to make a difference.
Do you know what your talents are? What are your strengths? Focus on those, and what you do. Remember that fulfillment is the end result that you should be looking for. Orlewicz knows best, because it wasn’t until he helped to create MLSP that he realized that creating value by developing something that is much needed can change your life.
